【General Description】
To engage and enable the vast population of Technical consultants (TCs) across China, currently around 1,800 and increasing rapidly with more clients, this role, with offered candidates to base in Guangzhou, Shanghai, Beijing and Xi’an, is set up and tightly coupled with both Account Management team (sales and recruiters) and TC HR team.
The delivery lead/manager interfaces with multiple layers of our client’s business and engagement, and TEKsystems' team,
  1)to engage and enable our technical consultants in client’s project delivery, e.g. technical leads program, learning & development, and engagement meetings, etc. for quality experience to clients and our technical consultants,
  2)to compile current project experience, experts and skill sets into business cases to identify, position and ultimately be awarded opportunities to deliver business outcomes.
  3)to undertake and lead service upgrade by implementing the managed capacity methodology and processes from Allegis Group.

【Primary responsibilities and requisite skills】
TC Engagement and Enablement (50%):
 » Liaise with sales team and FSG team to understand current client’s projects and 600+ technical consultants, and meet up with key leads working on projects to collect feedback and assist
 » Drive and lead initiatives in TEKsystems to engage and enable our TCs
- Technical lead (TL) programme
- Monthly Learn & Share
- Tailored training plan with AM and clients
- Program Sailing
- Monthly engagement meetings with TLs and TCs
- Regular 1:1 meeting or meet-up with hiring managers, key leads and TCs, etc.

 » Understand TEKsystems’ managed capacity methodology and processes.
 » Work with Delivery Head and sales team to pilot and implement.

Offerings and Business Support (20%):
» Thoroughly understand TEKsystems’ service offerings
» Lead and aggregate information from existing engagements and our current consultant/contractor base, leverage with key leads to compile into business cases and success stories, and participate in the preparation of business development action plans when needed.
» Work with Delivery Head and practice leadership to develop case studies and capture intellectual property materials when appropriate from projects.
» Assist and work with sales/AM team to assess their business, technical, process, resource, and contractual requirements and ensure our proposed solutions align with their requirements.
» Partner in standardizing and streamlining the processes and creating reusable templates

【Required Education and/or Experience】
» Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science.
» 8+ years’ experience in Information Technology and/or Professional Services required
» 3+ years in client facing roles or people communication related
» 5+ years of hands-on delivery experience in at least 2 of the following areas:

- Digital Enablement/Mobile Development/Content Strategy/UX/UI
- Analytics/Business Intelligence/AI/Business Process Technology-Salesforce
- Cloud Technology/DevOps/Network Services/Information Security/Quality Assurance
- Enterprise Service Management/Technology Deployment/Service Desk/Applications Outsourcing

» Project management experience with full software development life cycle or application support using at least one of the following methodologies: Agile, RUP, RAD, Scrum, or other desired certifications/experience.
» Experience developing effort/cost estimates, writing statements of work, and reviewing/contributing to client contractual agreement; language.

【Requisite Abilities and/or Skills】
» Must have sound coordination and leadership experience being able to demonstrate where and how teams were built and lead.
» Must have outstanding presentation and writing skills with the ability to communicate at all levels within the client and TEKsystems organization.
» Must have strong business and information technology acumen with the ability to communicate capabilities, gather and assess client requirements, and communicate solution and value proposition to clients.
